"Centre Region Down Syndrome Society is one of the best communities out there," according to Medora, and she is honored and excited to contribute to the board. The Center for the Performing Arts, where she has worked since 2007, creates conditions for everyday awe. Medora identify and develop new ways to bring communities together to significantly change the quality of performing arts experiences. Medora has co-created numerous programs and curricula for cultivating voice and agency, has worked in nonprofit arts organizations her entire career, and is a practicing visual artist. She considers her superpower to be advocacy. "Something I am most proud of is my ongoing commitment to working through the arts for a more just, equitable, and inclusive society."
